Faculty and staff in the School of Education at Seattle Pacific University are committed to preparing teacher candidates for service and leadership among diverse learners in schools and communities, including specifically urban schools and communities. This is done by developing both professional competence and personal character in order to positively influence student achievement. Through the integration of service, leadership, character, and competence, the faculty and staff prepare candidates to live out SPU’s mission: to engage the culture and change the world.

In keeping with this commitment, SPU Teacher Education connects prospective candidates, newly enrolled students, and mentor teachers with resources and training materials for facilitating program administration and support services.

Resources and training materials may be selected from the menu bar at the top of this page.
